• The female patients whose haven‘t been registered till now to another doctor go to see doctor without health record and they sign „Agreement on providing health care “ (Dohodu o poskytovaní zdravotnej starostlivosti).
• The female patients whose have been registered to another doctor will receive written confirmation after „Agreement of providing health care“is signed. Based on this written confirmation they will visit their previous doctor to take away their health record or its written copy or written confirmation on its discarding from evidence.
